Egaptivon pegol  (Synonyms: ARC 1779)

Egaptivon pegol (ARC1779) is an aptamer, which blocks binding of the von Willebrand Factor (VWF) to platelet GPIb receptors. Egaptivon pegol has anti-thrombotic efficacy.
