Isoform 1 inhibits EGF-stimulated MAPK1 activation, while CBLC, along with CD2AP, regulates RET degradation, transforming from an inhibitor to a promoter, limiting GDNF's potency on neuronal survival during Ret signaling. CBLC Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived CBLC protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells, with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
