In Vitro	PACAP-Related Peptide (PRP) has a distinct biological activity on the gallbladder that is similar to pituitary adenylate cyclase activating polypeptide (PACAP) but opposite to that of vasoactive intestinal polyprptide (VIP); and its related peptide, peptide histidine methlonmc (PHM)^[1].
