In Vivo

Aβ42-IN-1 free base treatment shows that the CLint value is 84.7 µL/min/mg protein[1].

Animal Model: Nonfasted 8-week-old male ddY mice[1]
Dosage: 30 mg/kg
Administration: p.o. (Pharmacokinetic Analysis)
Result: The CLint is 84.7 µL/min/mg protein.
