In Vivo

FABP-IN-1 (Compounds 4b; 20 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; for 90 minutes; male wild-type C57BL/6 mice) treatment displays potent antinociceptive effects in CFA model[1].

Animal Model: Male wild-type C57BL/6 mice injected with complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA)[1]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; for 90 minutes
Result: Displayed potent antinociceptive effects in CFA model.
