Anti-c-Myc Magnetic Beads (1 μm) are based on amino magnetic beads, with 1 μm particle size, covalently coupling with high quality mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody that recognizes the c-Myc-epitope tag (EQKLISEEDL) derived from the human c-Myc protein.

During immunoprecipitation, only a small amount of magnetic beads are needed, and the non-specific binding is low.

Do most proteins show cross-species activity?
Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
