Pivekimab sunirine  (Synonyms: IMGN 632; PVEK)

Pivekimab sunirine (IMGN 632) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD123. Pivekimab sunirine comprises a high-affinity CD123 antibody, cleavable linker, and an indolinobenzodiazepine pseudodimer (IGN) payload. Pivekimab sunirine can be used for research of hematological malignancies^[1][2].

Pivekimab sunirine (4-6 days) shows cytotoxicity in AML cell lines with IC₅₀s of 0.6 pM-40 pM^[2].

Pivekimab sunirine (40-240 μg/kg, i.p.) results tumor regression in human AML xenograft mice model^[2].
Pivekimab sunirine (8 and 80 μg/kg, i.p.) increases the lifespan in a disseminated Molm-13 xenograft mice model^[2].
