Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit TGF-beta1 activity on Mv-1-lu mink lung epithelial cells and the ED50 is typically 0.2-3.0 μg/mL in the presence of 1 ng/mL of human TGF-beta1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized TGFBR2 at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind TGFB1-His and the EC50 is 120-240 ng/mL.

Stored at -20°C. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer. It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
