Conglobatin can bind to the N-terminal domain of Hsp90 and disrupt Hsp90-Cdc37 complex formation. Conglobatin induces apoptosis in human breast cancer cells and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells, and exhibits antitumor activity in vivo .
