Dasminapant induces degradation of cIAP-1 and XIAP proteins, as well as caspase-3 activation and PARP cleavage, which leads to apoptosis. Dasminapant can be used for the research of hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma .
