Polybromo-1 (PBRM1)

Definition:

Polybromo-1 (PBRM1)is a member of the bromodomain family VIII, is a subunit of the PBRM1-BRG1/BRM-associated factors (PBAF) complex, uniquely contains six consecutive bromodomains, also is a member of the Adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-dependent SWItch/sucrose nonfermenting (SWI/SNF) chromatin remodeling complex family.
