RepSox (E-616452) (GMP) is a RepSox (HY-13012) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. RepSox is a potent and selective TGF-β-RI/ALK5 inhibitor[1].

IC50 & Target

IC50: ALK5 autophosphorylation (4 nM)

In Vitro

RepSox (GMP) (10 μM) induces MEFs differentiating to chemically induced pluripotent stem cells (CiPSCs)[1].
RepSox (GMP) (10 μM, in stage I-Stage III induction medium) induces hCiPS cells from HEFs[2].
RepSox (GMP) together with Forskolin (HY-15371) increases the number of proliferative cells in MEFs expressing MyoD, confirmed by increased EdU incorporation[3].
