[Ag(2,2′-bipy)(dppe)][CF3SO3] (compound 4) can induce cell paraptosis, and can be used for stusy of resistant ovarian cancer[1].

In Vitro

[Ag(2,2′-bipy)(dppe)][CF3SO3] (compound 4) (0-10 μM,72 h) inhibits cell growth of SK-OV-3, SK-OV-3/CBP, HCT116 WT and HCT116 WT/OxR with the IC50 values of 6.8 μM, 5.48 μM, 0.70 μM and 0.65 μM, respectively[1].
[Ag(2,2′-bipy)(dppe)][CF3SO3] (10 μM, 24 h) induces cell apoptosis of SK-OV-3 and MES-OV cells[1].
