Bosutinib isomer is a ligand or inhibitor with high binding affinity for both Wee1 and Wee2, with Kd values of 43.7 ± 10.0 and 4.7 ± 2.3 nM, respectively[1].

In Vitro

Bosutinib isomer (0-10 μM) shows the high growth inhibitory potential against HEK293T, MM1.S, and MDA-MB-231 cells, with IC50 values of 1.6 ± 0.19, 3.9 ± 0.50, and 1.8 ± 0.061 μM, respectively[1].
