IC50 & Target

IC50: 2 nM (sEH)[1]

In Vivo

sEH inhibitor-16 (Compound 28) (10 mg/kg for i.p.) displays protective effects in mouse Cerulein (HY-A0190)-induced acute pancreatitis[1].
sEH inhibitor-16 (Compound 28) (10 mg/kg for i.p.) shows an T1/2 of 7.6 hours and a Cmax of 4.17 ng/mL in CD-1 mice[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
