Antiproliferative agent-48 (compound PC-A1) shows selective antiproliferative activity against triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells[1].

In Vitro

Antiproliferative agent-48 (5-50 μM) inhibits proliferations against cancer cells MDA-MB-231 (TNBC), MCF-7, A549, KB (HeLa derivative) and KB-VIN with IC50s of 5.4, 18, 19, 15 and 19 μM, respectively[1].
Antiproliferative agent-48 (5-50 μM) arrests the cell cycle at G2/M phase[1].
