BRD2492 exhibits >100-fold selectivity for HDAC1/2 over selectivity over HDAC3 and HDAC6. BRD2492 inhibits breast cancer cell lines growth with IC50s of 1.01 μM and 11.13 μM for T-47D and MCF-7 cells, respectively.
