Nerelimomab (BAYX1351) is an anti-TNF-α antibody. Nerelimomab can be used for research of sepsis[1][2].

In Vivo

Nerelimomab (7.5 mg/kg, i.v. infusion) protected animals from death in a baboon model of recurrent bacteremia[1].
