Definition:

Substrate-recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Promotes ubiquitination of sarcomeric proteins alpha-actinin-2 (ACTN2) and filamin-C (FLNC).
