Billes magnétiques
MCE magnetic beads are designed based on surface functionalization and magnetic separation principles. By conjugating ligands such as Protein A/G, antibodies, streptavidin, or nucleic acid–binding groups onto the surface of superparamagnetic microspheres, these products enable specific capture and enrichment of target molecules including proteins, nucleic acids, and cells. Under an external magnetic field, bound complexes can be rapidly separated and eluted, eliminating the need for traditional centrifugation or column-based purification steps, thereby significantly improving workflow efficiency and minimizing sample loss.
MCE magnetic beads are characterized high binding efficiency, low non-specific adsorption, excellent reproducibility, and ease of operation. It is widely used in applications such as immunoprecipitation (IP/Co-IP), nucleic acid extraction and purification, and molecular interaction studies.
