Description & Advantages
MCE AntiFade Mounting Medium is a sealing reagent used to slow the fluorescence quenching. This product can slow the fluorescence quenching of various common fluorescent dyes with simple operation and good anti-fluorescence quenching effect.
Protocol
For adherent cell samples:
1.1 Discard as much liquid as possible after staining.
1.2 Add one drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the slide and carefully cover the coverslip containing cells. Be careful to avoid bubbles.
1.3 Detect the fluorescence by fluorescence microscope.
For tissue section samples:
2.1 Discard as much liquid as possible after staining.
2.2 Add one drop of Antifade Mounting Medium to the tissue and carefully cover the coverslip. Be careful to avoid bubbles.
2.3 Detect the fluorescence by fluorescence microscope.
For other samples:
Other samples are processed with reference to adherent cell samples or tissue section samples.
