Isotype Control Antibodies

Isotype control antibodies are commonly used to accurately detect antibody drug action and efficacy in vitro and in vivo, and to assess non-specific binding or background signal. They are of the same class and subclass as research antibodies (experimental antibodies), but they do not bind specifically to the target.
