IL-20 Receptor
Interleukin-20 receptor (IL-20R) is a receptor for IL-19, IL-20, and IL-24 interleukin-consisting of the dimerization of the α subunit (IL-20RA) and β subunit (IL-20RB) of IL-20 encoded by IL-20RA and IL-20RB, respectively. IL-20R belongs to type II cytokine receptor family and is highly expressed in the skin, indicating that it may be involved in epidermal function[1]. Moreover, IL-20RA and IL-20RB were up-regulated in psoriatic keratinocytes[2]. In particular, IL-20RA can also dimerize with IL-10RB to become an IL-26 receptor [4]. IL-12RB also dimerized with IL-22RA1 to become receptors of IL-20 and IL-24, and participated in activation of STAT3 pathway[3][4]. More importantly, IL-20R binds to different subunits to form functional heterodimers, which can induce rapid activation of Stat-1 and Stat-3 transcription factors and seems to play a role in cell survival and proliferation[5].

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
