The 100 bp plus DNA Marker is provided in a solution of 1× DNA Loading Buffer, which can be directly used for nucleic acid electrophoresis analysis. The 250 μL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.

Description & Advantages
The 100 bp plus DNA Marker is provided in a solution of 1× DNA Loading Buffer, which can be directly used for nucleic acid electrophoresis analysis. The Marker contains 14 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 3000 bp. 5 μL of this product contains about 120 ng for the 500 bp and 1200 bp bands, and about 50 ng for the other bands.
Protocol
使用说明
1. 本品已预混于 1× DNA Loading Buffer 中，无需额外加入上样缓冲液，可直接用于核酸琼脂糖凝胶电泳。
2. 使用前将 100 bp plus DNA Marker 完全融化，轻柔混匀并短暂离心，使液体集中于管底。
3. 推荐每个泳道加入 5 μL Marker。根据待测 DNA 片段大小选择合适浓度的琼脂糖凝胶，并按常规条件进行电泳。
4. 本品包含 14 条双链 DNA 条带，片段范围为 100 bp-3000 bp。每 5 μL 中，500 bp 和 1200 bp 条带约含 约 120 ng DNA，其余条带约含 约 50 ng DNA，可用于辅助判断片段大小及条带位置。
5. 电泳结束后按所用核酸染料的检测方式成像并比较目标 DNA 条带与 Marker 的迁移位置。
注：本品保存于 -20°C，避免反复冻融。频繁使用时建议按实验用量分装。
