MCE L-Glutamine is a liquid formulation which contains 200 mM of L-Glutamine in ddH2O. Common working concentration for L-Glutamine is 2 mM.
Protocol
1. Completely thaw L-Glutamine (100×), Sterile and mix gently before use.
2. Under sterile conditions, add to basal medium at 1 : 100 (v/v), i.e. 10 μL per 1 mL medium or 10 mL per 1 L medium.
3. Mix thoroughly and use for cell culture. At 1× working concentration, the final L-Glutamine concentration is 2 mM.
Note: This product is a sterile 200 mM L-Glutamine solution in ddH2O. Store at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
