MCE Bi-27 Supplement (50×), Sterile is an optimized serum-free supplement, which contains a variety of antioxidants designed to mitigate reactive oxidative damage in cells. This product is formulated with water-for-injection, and the recommended working concentration in the cell culture medium is 2%.
Protocol
Cell Culture Supplementation
1. Completely thaw Bi-27 Supplement (50×), Sterile and mix gently before use.
2. Under sterile conditions, add the supplement to sterile cell culture medium at 1 : 50 (v/v) to obtain a final working concentration of 1× (2%).
3. Mix thoroughly and use directly for the appropriate cell culture.
