    Human colon cancer organoids can grow within the 3D membrane matrix of the Human Colorectal Cancer Organoid Kit (HY-K6104).
    Colon cancer cells isolated from fresh colon cancer tissues can be cultured into colon cancer organoids using the HY-K6104 medium. Human colon cancer organoids reach a diameter of 100 μm within 6 days after passage. The cultured colon cancer organoids can be passaged within 7-10 days (scale bar: 100 μm).

    The organoid of colorectal cancer can highly simulate the tumor microenvironment of colorectal cancer, which facilitates the observation of the growth and proliferation of colorectal cancer cells and can be used to track the changes of tumor cells under the action of drugs and screen the efficacy and toxicity of drugs.
