    Ovarian cancer organoids were cultured and passaged from P0 to P2 over a total of 14 days. Bright-field images were captured on day 3 of the P2 culture and compared with a competitor under identical conditions (left: our product; right: competitor).Under the same culture duration and conditions, organoids generated with MCE Human Ovarian Cancer Organoid Kit (HY-K6123) exhibited higher numbers, more compact structures, and more uniform morphology, indicating robust growth. In contrast, the competitor group showed lower organoid formation efficiency and more heterogeneous, dispersed structures. These results demonstrate a clear advantage of our system in both organoid formation efficiency and growth quality for ovarian cancer models.

    Human Ovarian Cancer Organoid Kit (HY-K6123) was used to culture ovarian cancer organoids, which were then compared with matched primary tumor tissues. Histological morphological structures were observed via H&E staining, and the expression of key molecular markers, including Ki67, P16, P53, CK7, ER, and WT-1, was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) to evaluate the degree to which the organoids retained the biological characteristics of the original tissues. Ovarian cancer organoids showed high consistency with primary tumor tissues in both histological morphology (H&E) and the expression patterns of multiple key molecular markers (Ki67, P16, P53, CK7, ER, and WT-1). The results indicated that this organoid model stably preserved the histological features and molecular phenotypes of tumors, exhibited favorable biological relevance and application potential, and could serve as a reliable in vitro model for tumor research and drug evaluation.

    Ovarian cancer organoids can accurately simulate the tumor microenvironment of ovarian cancer, facilitating the observation of ovarian cancer cell growth and proliferation. This system can be used to track changes in tumor cells under drug treatment, allowing for the screening of drug efficacy and toxicity.

    Attention

    1. Tumor cells need to be kept sterile when extracted from primary tumor tissue to avoid contamination from subsequent experiments.

    2. Observe the fragmentation status of the organoid during passaged dissociation, and terminate the dissociation when small cell clusters (10-50 cells) appear to avoid prolonging the subsequent growth viability of the organoid.

    3. Operations involving MCE Basement Membrane Matrix need to be kept at low temperature throughout. MCE Basement Membrane Matrix should be injected rapidly into the cell culture wells after resuspension with the cells, while avoiding air bubbles.
