MCE Organoid Anti-Adhesion Rinsing Solution is specifically formulated to prevent non-specific cell adhesion in cell culture applications.
This solution is ideal for rinsing a variety of laboratory consumables-including centrifuge tubes, culture dishes, culture plates, pipettes, and filters-effectively reducing surface tension and minimizing cell attachment. It is particularly useful during organoid passaging and cryopreservation, where it helps prevent sample loss due to cell adhesion, thereby improving handling efficiency and experimental consistency.
Protocol
Before experimental procedures, pre-rinse the surfaces of laboratory consumables-such as centrifuge tubes, culture dishes, pipettes, and filters with Organoid Anti-Adhesion Rinsing Solution. This solution is also effective in preventing cell adhesion in other cell or tissue culture scenarios. Simply pre-rinse the relevant surfaces of any culture consumables.
Note: The solution is chemically stable and does not affect cell viability or downstream experimental processes.
Single-Use Application
This reagent is intended for single-use. For each experiment, use 1 mL of the solution to rinse the surface of each required consumable, such as a centrifuge tube or culture dish. Discard any remaining solution after rinsing.
Note: This product is sterile. Please handle and dispense it under aseptic conditions.
