Thin Coating Method. For iPSC expansion: Dilute with pre-cooled medium according to experimental needs after thawing. It is recommended that the concentration be no less than 0.1 mg/mL. Aspirate the appropriate amount of dilution to completely cover the surface of the cell culture plate, the recommended amount of coating is 0.01-0.02 mg/cm². Place the plate at 37 ℃ and incubate for 1h, aspirate the supernatant to use.

Sandwich Coating Method. For stem cell differentiation: After Thin Coating Method, when the cells are grown to a suitable state, the supernatant is aspirated off and matrix dilution is added to the cell surface to completely cover the surface of the cell culture plate and shaken well. Incubate the plate at 37 ℃ for 1h, aspirate off the supernatant, and add the appropriate medium to the plate.
