Antigen Preparation Synthetic Peptide: Chemical peptide synthesis based on selected sequences; carrier proteins such as KLH and BSA can be conjugated to enhance immunogenicity. 1.Purified antibody: 1–2 clones, 5–10 mg per clone;

3.Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Recombinant Protein Expression: Target protein or fragment expression using prokaryotic (e.g., Escherichia coli) or eukaryotic (e.g., mammalian cells) systems, followed by purification and identification. 4–5 weeks
Animal Immunization 1.Mice are immunized via multiple subcutaneous injections, 3–5 times in total.
2.Post-immunization blood collection from the retro-orbital venous plexus; serum antibody titer determined by indirect ELISA.

Hybridoma Cell Line Establishment 1.Myeloma cell resuscitation;
2.Immunized spleen cell preparation;
