3-Color Prestained Protein Marker (2.7-40 kDa)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
MCE 3-Color Prestained Protein Marker (2.7-40 kDa) is a three-color protein standard with 9 prestained proteins ranging from 2.7 kDa to 40 kDa. The 250 μL is defined as the base specification. All larger sizes correspond to incremental volumes of this base.

Description & Advantages
MCE 3-Color Prestained Protein Marker (2.7-40 kDa) is a three-color protein standard with 9 prestained proteins ranging from 2.7 kDa to 40 kDa. It has 7 blue-stained bands and 2 reference bands (one green and one red-orange band at 10 kDa and 40 kDa respectively). This Protein Marker is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, confirming Western blot transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane) and for approximating the size of target proteins on the gel or blot.
MCE 3-Color Prestained Protein Marker is supplied in gel loading buffer and ready to use, with no heating, diluting or additional reducing agent necessary.
Protocol
1. Thaw 3-Color Prestained Protein Marker (2.7-40 kDa) at room temperature for a few minutes until any precipitated material is fully dissolved. Do not boil.
2. Mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge.
3. Load 5 μL Marker per SDS-PAGE well as a recommended amount.
4. The product contains 9 prestained protein bands ranging from approximately 2.7 to 40 kDa and can be used to monitor migration and transfer of low-molecular-weight proteins.
Note: This is a ready-to-use protein marker. No additional heating, dilution, or reducing agent is required. Apparent molecular weights may vary slightly among gel systems.
Storage
-20℃, 2 years.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
