Biological ligands (proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, drug molecules, etc.) can be covalently coupled to the surface of microspheres under the action of special chemical reagents (such as EDC). It is an important carrier tool in medical and molecular biology research, and can be used as good basic materials for subsequent treatment such as coating, adsorption, chemical modification, etc.
