The 500 bp DNA Marker is provided in a solution of 1× DNA Loading Buffer, which can be directly used for nucleic acid electrophoresis analysis. The Marker contains 14 double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 500 bp to 5000 bp. 5 μL of this product contains about 100 ng for the 2500 bp band, and about 40 ng for the other bands.

-20°C, 2 years.

Avoid repetitive freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
