Complement Factor H Related 2
Complement factor H-related protein 2 (CFHR2) belongs to the FHR family encoded at the chromosome 1q32 cluster and comprises six short consensus repeat domains. It circulates both as a homodimer and as a CFHR2-CFHR1 heterodimer held together through the C-terminal domains of each protein. CFHR2 binds C3b and competes with factor H for surface binding, generally exerting weak deregulatory rather than protective activity; genetic deletion of CFHR2 has been linked to meningococcal disease susceptibility in population studies. Recombinant CFHR2 serves research on FHR dimerization, C3b competition, and the genetics of complement-driven disease.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
