IL-22 Receptor
IL-22 Receptor is a type 2 cytokine receptor comprised of the heterodimeric complex with IL-22RA1 and IL-10R2. IL-22 Receptor is the member of the IL-10 family of receptors along with the receptors for IL-10, IL-19, IL-20, IL-24, IL-26, IL-28 and IL-29[1]. IL-22 Receptor interacts with IL-22 signaling via JAK/STAT pathways. IL-22 Receptor inhibits IL-22 mediated promotion of cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis[2]. IL-22R expression is characterized on epithelial cells, and plays an essential role in a number of inflammatory diseases[3].

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
