Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control is often used as the experimental negative control. Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control exhibits similar structure and biological properties as human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1), but lacks specific antigen binding ability[2].
Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control (10 μg/mL, 2-6 h) exhibits no promoting effect on the killing activity of NK cells against CRPC cells or normal prostate epithelial cells[2].
