Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) (10 mg/kg, ip, every 3 days for 3-4 doses) exhibits antitumor efficacy in CT26.CL25 subcutaneous tumor model with a complete response rate of 18%, but exhibits no obvious antitumor effect against CT26.CL25 liver metastatic tumor^[1].
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) (50-200 μg/mouse, intradermal injection, single dose) induces acute itch in mouse models^[2].
