In Vivo	Anti-mouse PD-1 antibody (S-5001) (200 μg/dose; i.p.; once every 3 days; 6 doses in total) effectively controlls orthotopic tumors but showed minimal efficacy against subcutaneous tumors in male C57Bl/6J mice with human papillomavirus (HPV)-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) orthotopic (base of tongue, BOT) and subcutaneous (SC) tumor models^[1].
