Anti-Mouse IL-2 Antibody (S4B6-1) (150 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 2 weeks) reduces the number of central Treg cells (cTR) in C57BL/6 mice bearing B16.Flt3L tumors[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:5×105 B16F10 cells injected female C57BL/6J mice (8 weeks)[1]
-
Dosage:100 µg, combined with IL-2 mAb (JES6-1A12)
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days
-
Result:Significantly inhibited the expansion of natural killer (NK) cells in tumors.
Accelerated tumor growth and reduced survival rate.
Reduced activation phenotype of host CD4+ T cells (CD25+Foxp3-) in tumors.
Increased Tregs (CD25+ Foxp3+) in tumors.
-
Animal Model:3×106 B16.Flt3L cells injected C57BL/6 mice[3]
-
Dosage:150 μg
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 2 weeks
-
Result:Significantly reduced cTR cells without affecting effector Treg cells (eTR).
Inhibited Stat5 phosphorylation.
