Fibronectin (FN) is a high molecular glycoprotein existsin the blood, connective tissue and at cell surface.Fibronectin (FN)has affinity to the main components of extracellular matrix, collagen and glycosaminoglycans. Fibronectin (FN)interacts with cell surfaces and participate in the formation of extracellular matrix in tissues, also function as a nonspecific opsonin design to facilitate the uptake of tissue debris by phagocytic cells.
