Nuclear GTPase SLIP-GC

Definition:

Nuclear GTPase found in germinal center B-cells, where it may inhibit function of the activation-induced cytidine deaminase AICDA. Reduces somatic hypermutation in B-cells which may enhance genome stability (By similarity).
