IC50: 0.11 ± 0.01 μM (NSD2)[1]

In Vitro

NSD2-IN-1 inhibits cell proliferation in MV4:11, RS4:11, KMS11, and MM1S cells, with IC50 values of 2.23, 6.30, 8.43, and 10.95 μM, respectively[1].
