LRRC3B is involved in plant and animal immunity, hormone-receptor interactions, cell adhesion, signal transduction, regulation of gene expression, and apoptosis[2]. Besides, It's reported that LRRC3B is up-regulated in the virus infected group compared with the control, indicating LRRC3B is involved in immune-related processes that trigger the innate immune response through activation of the IFN signaling pathway[3].
