IC50 & Target[1]

Beta-3 adrenergic receptor

In Vitro

[3H]SB-206606 binding to membranes from Chinese hamster ovary K1 cells transfected with the rat β3-AR with a Kd value of 58 nM[1].
[3H]SB-206606 binding to brown adipose tissue where beta 1-, beta 2-, and beta 3-adrenergic receptor subtypes are known to coexist with a Kd value of 38 nM[1].

MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
