TAT (47-57), TAMRA-labeled
TAT (47-57), TAMRA-labeled is a fluorescently labeled cell-penetrating peptide derived from the HIV-1 transactivator of transcription (TAT). TAT (47-57), TAMRA-labeled is conjugated to the red fluorescent dye carboxytetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA, with an absorption/emission wavelength of approximately 541/568 nM). TAT (47-57), TAMRA-labeled can be used in studies related to cellular uptake, translocation and drug delivery.
