Biological Activity
|
CYP1 |
7-Ethoxyresorufin (2 μM, 10-15 min) reduces the relaxant actions of acetylcholine (0.01-10 μM) in endothelium-intact rings and of NO (0.3-10 M), GTN (0.01-10 μM) and SNP (0.01-10 μM) in endothelium-denuded rings in concentration-dependent manners in rat aortic rings[1].
7-Ethoxyresorufin (2.5, 5.0 and 10 μM, 2 h) reacts with NADPH in the presence of acid with the formation of a product which fluoresces at the same wavelength as Resorufin (HY-123533)[4].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
