AZ599 is a mixed CB₁/CB₂ cannabinoid receptor agonist with an EC₅₀ of 49 nM and a K_i of 120 nM for the human CB₁ receptor, and a K_i of 9 nM for the human CB₂ receptor. AZ599 inhibits hERG potassium channels and CYP enzymes. AZ599 can be used for research on chronic pain.
