Background

Protein L is a bacterial immunoglobulin-binding protein produced by *Peptostreptococcus magnus*. It specifically binds to the kappa light chains of immunoglobulins (Ig) and does not interact with the Fc region. Biological Activity

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immoilized Ipilimumab antibody at 2 μg/mL can bind Biotinylated Protein L. The EC 50 is 1.123-1.761 ng/mL.
