In Vitro

Chlorthal-dimethyl (10 mg/L) completely disrupts normal mitotic division in germinated millet seedlings[1].
Dimethyl tetrachloroterephthalate (4 mM) can lead to multinucleated cells, abnormal cell division, affect vascular tissue development, and form air cavities in the hypocotyls of tomato seedlings[2].
